Regulation 2

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK10-03857P pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
