Regulation 3
Inspection of plans
Copies of the plans of the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
