Regulation 2

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a street and the operation and maintenance of a road structure, enter upon the land described as MK01‑03553K pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
