Regulation 45

Any request from an interested party for a meeting under section 34(4) of the Act must be made in writing to the Minister.

The interested parties must be notified of the time and place of the meeting at least 14 days before the meeting takes place.

Any other interested party proposing to attend the meeting must submit a written request at least 7 days prior to the date for the meeting and must provide a valid justification for participating in the meeting.
