Regulation 2
Declared substances, objects or other wastes
The substances, objects or other wastes set out in the Schedule are, in the circumstances or for the purposes specified in the Schedule, declared to be hazardous or other wastes in relation to Indonesia so far as they are not hazardous or other wastes apart from section 5 of the Act.
