Regulation 5

Control of wholesale market

Subregulation 1

All persons using any wholesale market shall comply with all directives that the Director-General may give from time to time for the proper control and maintenance of the wholesale market.

Subregulation 2

Any person using a wholesale market who fails to comply with any directive given by the Director-General under paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
