Regulation 6
No alteration to physical structure
Subregulation 1
No person shall make any alteration to any part of any wholesale market or erect any structure or place any physical obstruction whatsoever within or immediately outside the wholesale market without the prior consent of the Director-General.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
