Publication of Oversight Committee’s decision

Any decision or order of the Oversight Committee made under section 38, 38H, 38I, 38J, 52 or 53 of the Act and the grounds of such decision or order may be published in one or more of the following:

(a)

the Gazette; (b)any official publication of the Oversight Committee;

(c)

the Internet website of the Authority at https://www.acra.gov.sg.
