Regulation 4

For the purposes of section 38C(2) of the Act, the form of a notice of objection to the striking off of the name of a limited liability partnership from the register referred to in section 38C(1) of the Act is that provided on the electronic transaction system referred to in section 41 of the Act, or such other form as the Registrar may accept.
