Regulation 4

Gaming area to be unobstructed

For every gaming area, there shall at all times be a clear and unobstructed line of sight of any part within the gaming area from —

(a)

a person standing in any other part of that gaming area; and

(b)

any electronic or other monitoring surveillance equipment, whether within or outside that gaming area.
