Regulation 3
Exemption of non-citizen on legal aid

A person referred to in section 165A(1)(a) of the Act who —
(a)
is on the legal aid scheme under the International Child Abduction Act 2010; and
(b)
is not a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore,is not excluded from entering or remaining, or taking part in any gaming, on any casino premises or in any gaming machine room or from engaging in all manner of general remote gambling.
