Compoundable offences

The following offences may be compounded by the Licensing Officer in accordance with section 19(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence under section 4(2) or 10(5) of the Act; and

(b)

any offence under rule 5(4), 6(2), 7(4) or 8(2) of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Rules (R 1).
