Regulation 2

The requirement in regulation 32(1) read with regulation 30 of the Electronic Transactions (Certification Authority) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 650/2010) for a public agency that is approved by the Minister under paragraph 3(b)(iii) of the Third Schedule to the Act to submit half‑yearly financial reports to the Controller does not apply to the Government Technology Agency established by section 3 of the Government Technology Agency Act 2016.
