Regulation 2
Compoundable offences

The following offences may be compounded in accordance with section 60 of the Act by the Land Transport Authority or by any officer of the Land Transport Authority authorised to do so:
(a)
any offence under section 42(2) or 43 of the Act;
(b)
any offence under section 55(2) of the Act in relation to a requirement made by a transport sector authorised officer appointed by the Land Transport Authority; (c)any offence under regulation 10(1) or (2) of the Energy Conservation (Fuel Economy and Vehicular Emissions Labelling) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 307/2012).
