Business name to be printed on business documents
Subregulation 1
A person who is registered under the Act must ensure that the invoices and official correspondence used for the purposes of the person’s business bear the registered business name and number.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
