Compoundable offences

The following offences (other than a continuing offence) may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 66 of the Act:

(a)

an offence under section 9(2), 13(8), 21(5), 33(9) or 37(5) of the Act;

(b)

an offence under the Act that is punishable by a fine only.
