Regulation 1

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order 2008.(2) Item (1) in the Schedule (Shangri-la Hotel) shall come into operation on 21st July 2008 at 0001 hours and shall remain in force until 24th July 2008 at 2359 hours.(3) Item (2) in the Schedule (Istana Park and roads adjoining the Istana) shall come into operation on 23rd July 2008 at 1400 hours and shall remain in force until 2359 hours.

Subregulation 1

This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order 2008.

Subregulation 2

Item (1) in the Schedule (Shangri-la Hotel) shall come into operation on 21st July 2008 at 0001 hours and shall remain in force until 24th July 2008 at 2359 hours.

Subregulation 3

Item (2) in the Schedule (Istana Park and roads adjoining the Istana) shall come into operation on 23rd July 2008 at 1400 hours and shall remain in force until 2359 hours.
