Regulation 2

The areas described in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in each area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule.
