Statement of affairs
Subregulation 1
A debtor’s bankruptcy application must be filed in court together with a statement of affairs in Form PIR‑11.
Subregulation 2
The statement of affairs mentioned in paragraph (1) must be verified by an affidavit in Form PIR‑12.
