Notice of hearing of application under section 392 or 394 of Act
When a day has been appointed for the hearing of an application under section 392 or 394 of the Act, the applicant must, at least 14 days before the day so appointed, give notice of the day and time appointed for the hearing to —
(a)
each person specified in rule 137(4)(a) and (b);
(b)
the Official Assignee; and
(c)
the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate in question, if not the Official Assignee.
