Filing of bills and issue of allocator

Upon completion of the assessment of any costs, charges or expenses under this Part, the person presenting the bill of costs, charges or assessment must immediately file the bill with the proceedings and request the Registrar to issue to that person the Registrar’s allocatur or certificate of assessment.
