Regulation 174
Giving of notice of application
The creditor making an application under section 419 of the Act must give notice of the application to and serve a copy each of the application and the affidavit supporting the application on —
(a)
the legal representative of the deceased debtor in question, if any; and
(b)
any other persons as the Court may direct.
