Regulation 182
Publication of notifications
Subregulation 1
All notifications requiring publication in the Gazette under these Rules must be so published at the expense of the estate in question.
Subregulation 2
An order or notice which has been amended or altered after publication in the Gazette, or which has been wrongly or inaccurately published, must be re‑published in the Gazette with the appropriate amendments at the expense of the estate in question or otherwise, as the Court may direct.
