Regulation 6
Adjournment from Registrar to Judge
Any matter pending before the Registrar which the Registrar has jurisdiction to determine under Part 3 or Parts 13 to 22 of the Act, these Rules or the regulations must be adjourned to be heard before the Judge if the Judge so directs by a general or special direction.
