Form of creditor’s bankruptcy application

Subregulation 1
Every creditor’s bankruptcy application must be in Form PIR‑3.
Subregulation 2

For the purposes of a creditor’s bankruptcy application and all proceedings under the application —
(a)
the claimant is the creditor making the bankruptcy application; and
(b)
the defendant is the debtor against whom the bankruptcy application is made.
