Regulation 89
Where there are several debtors
Where service has not been effected upon all the debtors against whom a creditor’s bankruptcy application has been made, the bankruptcy application —
(a)
may be heard separately or collectively as regards any debtors who have been served; and (b)may subsequently be heard separately or collectively as regards any other debtors after service has been effected upon them.
