Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“appellant” means a person who makes an appeal to the Minister under section 59(1), (2) or (3) of the Act;“licensed insolvency practitioner” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Act;“licensing officer” means the licensing officer appointed under section 49(1) of the Act, and includes an assistant licensing officer.
