Service of notice of call
Subregulation 1
When a call has been made by the liquidator, a copy of the resolution of the committee of inspection sanctioning the call or the order of the Court granting permission to make the call (as the case may be) must, after the call has been made, be served on each contributory included in the call.
Subregulation 2
The copy of the resolution or order mentioned in paragraph (1) served on a contributory must be accompanied by a notice from the liquidator in Form VCCWUR‑37 or Form VCCWUR‑38 (whichever is applicable) specifying the amount of balance due from the contributory in respect of the call.
