Notice of appointment to assess
Where a bill of costs, charges or expenses in any winding up by the Court has been lodged with the Registrar, the Registrar must give notice of an appointment to assess the bill of costs, charges or expenses to the liquidator in the winding up and to the person to or by whom the bill of costs, charges or expenses is to be paid.
