Regulation 41
When, in the exercise of the Official Receiver’s functions under any relevant VCC Act provision, these Rules or the regulations, the Official Receiver requires the inspection or use of any part of the record of proceedings maintained under rule 40, the Registrar must, on the request of the Official Receiver, transmit that part of the record to the Official Receiver.
