Notice of appointment of liquidator
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 191(1)(a) of the IRDA, the notice required to be lodged by a liquidator with the Registrar of VCCs and with the Official Receiver within 14 days after the liquidator’s appointment must be in Form VCCWUR‑13.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 191(1)(b) of the IRDA, the notice required to be lodged by a liquidator with the Registrar of VCCs and with the Official Receiver within 14 days after any change in the address of the liquidator’s office must be in Form VCCWUR‑14.
