Advertisement of notice of Official Receiver’s meetings of creditors or contributories
The Official Receiver must give notice of the date or dates fixed by the Official Receiver for the meetings of the creditors and contributories summoned by the Official Receiver under section 134(b) of the IRDA by advertisement in one English local daily newspaper.
