Regulation 89

Subject to paragraph (2), an instrument of proxy must be lodged with the liquidator no later than 4 p.m. of the day before the meeting or adjourned meeting at which the proxy is to be used.

Unless the Court otherwise directs, an instrument of proxy to be used at a meeting of the creditors or contributories summoned by the Official Receiver under section 134(b) of the IRDA or an adjournment of that meeting, must be lodged with the Official Receiver no later than 12 noon on the day before the meeting or adjourned meeting.
