Title of proceedings
Subregulation 1
Every proceeding in the Court under any relevant VCC Act provision must be entitled in the matter of the VCC or sub‑fund in question and in the matter of the VCC Act.
Subregulation 2
A distinctive number must be assigned by the Registrar to the first proceeding in every matter, and all subsequent proceedings in the same matter must bear the same number.
