Form of instrument of proxy to be sent with notice of meeting
Subregulation 1
The notice of a meeting to be sent to each creditor or contributory of the VCC or sub‑fund must be accompanied by the general and special forms of instrument of proxy.
Subregulation 2
No name or description of any person is to be written or printed on the form of an instrument of proxy before the instrument is sent to the creditors or contributories.
