Regulation 38

Application by person interested in property

For the purposes of section 230(4)(b)(i) of the IRDA, the application in writing must contain the following information or particulars:

(a)

the name of the VCC in liquidation, or the names of the sub‑fund in liquidation and the umbrella VCC of that sub‑fund;

(b)

the registration number of that VCC, or the registration numbers of that sub‑fund and that umbrella VCC;

(c)

a brief description of the property and, if the property is land, the full address of the property;

(d)

the nature of the interest which the person has in the property;

(e)

the date of the application.
