Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the CareShield Life and Long-Term Care (Long-Term Care Support Fund — Prescribed Public Schemes) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 January 2020.
Prescribed public schemes
For the purposes of section 39(1)(c) of the Act, the following schemes established by the Government are prescribed public schemes:
the ElderFund Scheme;
the Withdrawal from Medisave Account for Long‑Term Care Scheme (also known as the Medisave Care Scheme).
