Prescribed public schemes

For the purposes of section 39(1)(c) of the Act, the following schemes established by the Government are prescribed public schemes:

(a)

the ElderFund Scheme;

(b)

the Withdrawal from Medisave Account for Long‑Term Care Scheme (also known as the Medisave Care Scheme).
