Regulation 18I

For the purposes of section 13(6) of the Act, the requirements of regulations 18B, 18C, 18D, 18E, 18F, 18G and 18H are prescribed as conditions imposed on an exempt payment service provider in respect of the carrying on of a business of providing a digital payment token service, and for this purpose a reference in those regulations to a licensee that provides a digital payment token service is a reference to an exempt payment service provider carrying on such business.
