Regulation 24

For the purposes of section 65(2) of the Act, an application made under section 65(1) of the Act must be in Form 6.

The Authority may require the operator of the designated payment system to provide the Authority with any information or document that the Authority considers necessary in relation to the application mentioned in paragraph (1).

For the purposes of section 65(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed criteria for determining whether to grant the Authority’s approval to an application mentioned in section 65(1)(a) or (b) are as follows: (a)whether the individual is, under the Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria, fit and proper to be appointed as the chief executive officer or director of the operator;
