Exemption from section 20(1) of Act
Subregulation 1
A licensee is exempt from section 20(1) of the Act if —
(a)
the licensee is a casino operator or an international market agent licensed under section 110B of the Casino Control Act 2006; and
(b)
the licensee grants a credit facility in connection with any gaming in a casino in accordance with section 108 of the Casino Control Act 2006 (other than in the manner mentioned in section 108(14)(a) of that Act) and the Casino Control (Credit) Regulations 2010.

In this regulation —
Definition
“casino operator” and “international market agent” have the meanings given by section 2(1) of the Casino Control Act 2006;
Definition
“credit facility” has the meaning given by section 20(5) of the Act.
