Regulation 6

An application for the grant of a licence must be in Form 1 and must be lodged with the Authority together with any relevant document or information as may be specified in the Form or by the Authority.

For the purposes of section 6(6)(a) of the Act, the prescribed period is 30 days after the relevant date.

In this regulation, “relevant date” has the meaning given by section 6(17) of the Act.
