Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Beverage Container Return Scheme) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulations 2, 3, 4, 12 and 16, come into operation on 1 April 2026.(2) Regulations 2, 3, 4, 12 and 16 come into operation on 24 March 2026.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Beverage Container Return Scheme) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulations 2, 3, 4, 12 and 16, come into operation on 1 April 2026.
Subregulation 2
Regulations 2, 3, 4, 12 and 16 come into operation on 24 March 2026.
