all decisions or orders made, and all directions given, by the Commissioner under the Act;

his or her consent to any agreement under section 17(4)(b) or 34N(5)(b) of the Act and the particulars of the agreement; and (c)a concise account of any proceedings (including any pre‑hearing conference) conducted by him or her under the Act.
