Time for application to set aside settlement order

An application to set aside a settlement order under section 51(3) of the Act must be made before the earlier of the following:

(a)

the receipt of the whole or any part of the amount of compensation payable in accordance with the settlement order by the claimant;

(b)

the 22nd day after the settlement order is made under section 51(2) of the Act.
