Regulation 4

Within 7 days after the receipt of a notice or direction under section 44(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the Act (as the case may be), the employer’s insurer (if of the view that the employer’s insurance policy does not insure the employer’s liability) must notify the Commissioner and the employer in accordance with section 44(2) of the Act.
