Time for provision of information or document to platform operator’s insurer

For the purposes of section 47I(3) of the Act —
(a)
a platform operator who receives a request from a platform operator’s insurer to provide any information or document mentioned in section 47I(2)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Act must provide the information or document within 10 days after receiving the request; and
(b)
a platform worker who receives a request from a platform operator’s insurer to provide any information or document mentioned in section 47I(2)(b)(i) and (ii) of the Act must provide the information or document within 10 days after receiving the request.
