Regulation 10

Where a licensee contributes to any good cause in the name of the licensee (whether by way of donation, sponsorship or subscription), the licensee must ensure that any public acknowledgment of the contribution by the recipient does not state any information pertaining to the licensee except the licensee’s business name.
