Regulation 38
Notification of error
If a licensee discovers any error in a clinical laboratory report or radiological report after it is issued, the licensee must immediately notify the requestor (or another medical practitioner, dentist or collaborative prescribing practitioner designated by the requestor to receive the report) of the error and issue an addendum to the report to correct the error.
