Regulation 4
Specified services

For the purposes of section 9A(1) of the Act —
(a)
the services set out in Part 1 of the Schedule are specified services for a clinical laboratory service; and
(b)
the services set out in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified services for a radiological service.
